Advance payment will be required to secure your slot. To book a 30-minute  or 1-hour online meeting for legal consultation, please click here.

Please note that this fee will be deducted from your final cost if you decide to hire us for your immigration application.

Once you decide to hire us as your representative, we will prepare a Service Agreement that clearly outlines the services we will provide, other terms along with the associated fees. We will need you to sign this Agreement before starting to work on your immigration application.

Your Service Agreement will cover three key types of fees:

Professional Fees

This fee will be charge for our professional services provided by our Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and can be billed by a flat fee method using payment by milestones.

Government Processing Fees

These fees will go directly to Canadian government when an application is being submitted. You can refer here for the list of Government Fees. Please note that Government fees are subject to change without any notice.

Disbursements/ Other fees

This pertains to additional costs for other services such as courier, telephone/fax charges, translation of documents, unforeseen government fees, etc. incurred by the IRCC. This other fees can be added to the above fees. Invoices and receipts will be provided to the client.

Step 5: Fill Out A Detailed Background Questionnaire

After we receive your signed Service Agreement, we will send you a detailed Background Questionnaire for you to fill out and a list of initial required documents. This questionnaire is all about your personal information, work and address history, your admissibility questions and more. It’s important to provide trueful and accurate information in this questionnaire because we will use the provided information to prepare documents list and fill out the government forms for you. Missing any information or wrong information could result in delays, returns or even refusal of your application.

Step 6: Documents Collection

After received your detailed Background Questionnaire, we will require additional documents based on your information provided. Please follow our instructions closely to ensure you submit the necessary evidence and paperwork. It’s important to provide authentic, clear and high-quality documents for your application.

Step 7: Application Submission

After completing all documents and forms, we will submit your application to the appropriate government office. This submission can be done via courier, post, online portal, or email.

Please note:

The outcome of your immigration case is outside of our control. It heavily depends on Government entities such as Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), the Federal Court of Canada, or the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada who will decide your immigration case. Our role is to represent you and help you to prepare your completed application to maximize the chances of a favorable government decision.

Timeframes may change at any time as it is IRCC that controls them. You can check here for up-to-date processing times for various types of immigration applications OR you can contact us to check it for you. While we can submit update requests or inquiries to IRCC about your application (only when your application takes longer than the timeframes indicated on IRCC website), there is no guarantee that IRCC will respond in a timely manner. If you insist on doing so prior to the timeframes, it will be an extra service cost.

Please feel welcomed to Contact Us if you have any further questions or concerns!
